Returns & Exchanges
Customers have 21 days from date of purchase to return unwanted merchandise* that is unused, unworn, unwashed, free of defects and in its original packaging( if applicable) for a full refund. Returns must be accompanied by an original receipt. We do not accept return requests after 21 days.
All returns must be pre-authorised through support@atelje-nord with your name, order number, item name/number and reasons for return. You will receive an email with return instructions within 1-3 business days. Items returned to us without prior authorisation may be subject to a restocking fee. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Your refund will be made in the same form as the original payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please use a trackable shipping service to mail your returns.
*Please note: Returns are not accepted for furniture, special order items, sale items and gift cards.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed in the same form as original payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank. If more than 2 weeks have passed and you have yet to receive your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to exchange a product please email us for instructions at email@example.com within 21 days from date of purchase. You will receive an email with exchange instructions within 1-3 business days. We do not accept exchange requests after 21 days.
If you receive a damaged item upon receipt please notify us within 7 days for prompt assistance.
If you received a product from our store as a gift and wish to return the item, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return (if shipped directly to you). Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you (or to the original purchaser).
